Working Principle
The high-pressure roller mill adopts the principle of laminar crushing under high pressure, consisting of two opposing and synchronous rotating squeeze rollers. The material is continuously brought between the rollers by the adjustable feeding device, while the hydraulic system applies squeezing pressure to the squeeze rollers. The material cake contains a certain proportion of finished fine powder, the coarse particles are full of cracks inside, the strength is greatly reduced, which is extremely beneficial for further grinding, can improve the material's ease of grinding, reduce the Bond Power Index and the energy consumption of subsequent grinding, and improve the processing capacity of the system.

Main Features
1.Reducing the size of the incoming mill: the size of the fine crushing can be reduced from over 10-20mm to less than 3mm, realising more crushing and less grinding and reducing the energy consumption of the crushing and grinding system.
2.Reduce the ore Bond Work Index: After the high-pressure material layer crushing, most minerals Bond Work Index can be significantly reduced, some even up to 23% or more.
3. Reinforced pre-grinding tailing operation: the magnetite roller treatment process can achieve a tailing rate of over 30%, enabling early throwing, reducing the load and energy consumption of the mill, and reducing the loss of liner and grinding body.
4. Improve concentrate grade and recovery: After the ore has been crushed at high pressure, the ore dissociates along the crystalline plane or the vein inclusions produce a large number of microcracks, which is conducive to adsorption on the surface of useful minerals and can enhance the permeability of the solvent and improve the leaching rate of difficult ores.
