Further enhance the level of independent advanced nuclear energy technology and actively promote the comprehensive use of nuclear energy in the fields of power generation, heating, refrigeration, hydrogen production and seawater desalination. Promote the quality and efficiency of the whole industry chain, promote the gradual upgrading of design and manufacturing capabilities, and enhance the competitiveness of China's high-end manufacturing industry going abroad.
